What we did for them
We supported the centre to help them attract quick funding to take advantage of an expansion opportunity, nearly doubling their physical footprint and allowing them to offer more support and greatly increase their impact.
We helped them develop a strategy focused on identifying those most likely to give and approaching them for funding, while maintaining their revenue income. We also helped them develop the case for support and provided mentoring and advice as the campaign proceeded. With our support, they were able to secure the funding they needed in time, and the expansion project was able to proceed.
